UNC 060 pack

A Czechoslovak skidder. The original had two sets of wheels, which made the steering really janky and unpredictable, so I modified it with a little script. You can still experience the jank of the original by swapping in the commented lines and changing the <filename> to point to the .exe, instead of the .i3d in the xml.
