That can be true, but until there is more proof, be it an archived forum thread, other mod site submissions or credits in a video, this will remain as is.

Maybe rafi1999 created empty map and Slayer forgot to change author in modDesc.

Not entirely sure what's going on with the authors here. Everything points to rafi1999, but Slayer credited in Modhoster (could be possible he edited this). I'll trust the modDesc until proof of Slayer's involvement can be found.
