Absolutely, and it is very easy. You just have to open the i3d file, create a camera and switch the view to the created camera to avoid screwing up the outdoor camera, select the indoor camera and then change the rotation values to something like "-8 180 0".

You can change the x value (-8) to whatever angle looks best, but the important thing is to maintain the y at 180 and z at 0.

The interior camera is no longer inverted and the rigid body errors in the wheels have been taken care of.
