This pack has floated around for a while, but the actually washable ones have never been seen. The ones we had were either unfinished or it was an intentional scam. Originally, these were meant to be installed directly into the game files, like you do in LS08 (probably a holdover) and didn't have any custom features. I have recreated the washable functionality with the help of the Fendt 380 GTA Turbo and a few others based on the i3d contents.

A rule of thumb: If it's a .rar file, you always extract the contents. So, yes, one by one into the mods folder. Check the FAQ section for more.
