Volvo BM LM 218 Pack

This has one of the few, actually forking shovel scripts. Unfortunately, despite the inclusion of the trailer script in the vehicle type for the shovel, you can't fill it using a regular silo, like one can using a silo shovel. However, it can be filled with mapFruitTrigger triggers (fertilizer and dung) or via unloading a combine on it.
